I’m actually having the opposite problem here— It’s blazing hot outside and can be unhealthy to stay out and exercise for too long. BUT there are things you can do inside to work out!
I’ve just recently found crossfit, which is a really great overall workout. If you haven’t heard much about it and are interested, find out more about it here.
The first ever routine I was able to do was a workout that only included body weight exercises, so I didn’t need very much space and very little equipment!
Set the timer for 20 minutes, and do as many rounds as you can:
5 pull ups (with a pullup bar, if you have one)
10 push ups
AND THAT’S IT!!
